PivotPay was founded in Uganda in 2020 and is focused on African markets. However, according to the website, the relevant jurisdiction is California, United States. The website states 250k+ customers in seven countries.

Conclusion

PivotPay does not hold a license but will operate as an unregulated paytech. The website gives all the necessary details about the operators and the legal environment. We have not discovered any negative feedback either. Therefore, we put PivotPay on our “Green Compliance” list.
