xpate is the trading style of the FCA-registered e-Money Institution (EMI) xpate Ltd. The xpate business in Asia is conducted via Novum Financial Technologies Pte. Ltd. The company has been founded by the Latvian Mihails “Mike” Safro in 2019, who has also founded the FCA-regulated EMI Paystree (PC42 profile).

xpate offers merchants IBAN multi-currency accounts with SEPA and SWIFT transfers and debit cards. Merchants can also pool multiple accounts. Thereby xpate promises easy and cheap exchange between currencies.

xpate also acts as an acquirer and offers merchants appropriate card services and alternative payment options via its payment gateway.

We have not found any complaints about xpate and include the company in our “Green Compliance” list.
