We have discovered Payotop as a payment gateway in some broker scams (e.g. AlgoBlox). The payment gateway is part of the Cyprus-Israeli Leverate group.
There is no information about the operators behind the high-risk payment processor on the website. An imprint and social media contacts are also missing. Obviously, Payotop is not focused on reputable merchants.
We have therefore included Payotop in our “Red Compliance Light” list.
