The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) is the autonomous regulatory body responsible for the non-bank financial services in Seychelles. Established under the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, the Authority is responsible to license, regulate, enforce regulatory and compliance requirements, monitor and supervising the conduct of business in the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles.
These regulated activities are Fiduciary Services, Capital Market & Collective Investment Schemes, Insurance, and Gambling. The Authority is also responsible for the registration of International Business Companies, Foundations, Limited Partnership, and International Trust in Seychelles.

i lost 2.5 million. dollar in less than 3 months in a cheating process by capitalix — one of the scam companies that is licensed by FSA, and 6 months after complaining to the FSA, they are still telling me that investigation has not finished.!!! and they are not able yet to find out who the criminal. !!! — very loose rules and regulations —
