HiPay is an independent global payment service provider based in France.
HiPay Group is a formally owned subsidiary of HiMedia Group, which in 2015 received approval from the French government for its stock market listing on the Euronext index (Autorité des marchés financiers or AMF) under the ISIN code FR0012821916 and the stock symbol HIPAY. This resulted in HiPay becoming an independent legal and exchange entity.
Grégoire Bourdin was appointed CEO of the Group on December 15, 2016, following the succession of Gabriel de Montessus. The Board of Directors was completely reorganized following BJ Invest’s investment in the Group’s capital, including the resignation of HiMedia SA, represented by Cyril Zimmermann, from his position as Director. The Board of Directors now consists of Benjamin Jayet (Chairman), Marianne Gosset (Director) and BJ Invest Director, represented by Loïc Jauson.
