Naspay is a payment service provider and cashier that helps businesses worldwide accept funds from their customers online. Naspay is owned by David Todua, a Georgian-born Israeli citizen identified by the whistleblower as one of the key figures behind the cybercrime organization Milton Group. However, Todua denies having any position in the organization.
In 2020, the Milton Group was exposed by the Times of Israel as a scam that operated several boiler rooms in Kyiv, depriving victims of millions.
Naspay was used by Milton Group to process payments, according to documents smuggled out of the call center by a whistleblower.
Georgian Connections
Todua owns two Ukrainian companies in partnership with Davit Kezerashvili, a dual Israeli-Georgian citizen who was Georgian Defense Minister from 2006 to 2008 under President Mikheil Saakashvili.
