News
In April, the RBI announced that it would revoke MobiKwik’s license and that the payment provider would no longer be able to serve its customers.
Since MobiKwik is the white-label provider behind Zaakpay, Kuh temporarily suspended its operations.
In October 2022 MobiKwik has reapplied for payment aggregator licence to RBI.
Conclusion
We could not find anything negative around zaakpay, but for the time being we downgrade the provider to yellow until they receive their license clearance from the RBI (Reserve Bank of India).
