In April, the RBI announced that it would revoke MobiKwik’s license and that the payment provider would no longer be able to serve its customers.

Since MobiKwik is the white-label provider behind Zaakpay, Kuh temporarily suspended its operations.

In October 2022 MobiKwik has reapplied for payment aggregator licence to RBI.

in October 2023 MobiKwiks Zaakpay received approval in principle from the RBI to act as a payment aggregator
