TC Pay has been active as an anonymously operating payment processor company for the past ten years. The website lists the services offered via the TC Pay Wallet:
- Buy, sell and exchange electronic money
- Send and receive money orders
- Transfer funs to individuals’ or different companies’ wallets
The main language of TC Pay is Persian. Therefore, we assume that the payment processor comes from the Persian-speaking area.
We have discovered TC Pay as a payment processor in various scams or illegally operating broker schemes. This and the fact that TC Pay acts anonymously results in us putting it on our “Black Compliance” list.
