Mercuryo is a crypto payment processor co-operated by three companies MoneySwap OÜ, Estonia, Moneymaple Tech Ltd, Canada, and Moneytea Ltd, United Kingdom. MoneySwap is a licensed crypto company, Moneymaple is a registered Money Services Provider (MSB), and MoneyTea is a registered FCA agent.
Estonian Karen Gevorkjan is registered as the sole director of MoneySwap. She is a nominee director who also works at Estonian entities Pradexx OÜ and NYMERIA OÜ, which also operate with crypto licenses.
The acting CEO is the Russian Petr Kozyakov (LinkedIn). He co-founded Mercuryo with his Russian partner Alexander Vasiliev (LinkedIn) and the Moscow resident Greg Waisman (Linked). According to the UK Companies House, UK-registered Moneytea Ltd (formerly Moneyrain Ltd) is controlled by Russian Petr Kozyakov, born in August 1988.
