Regulated blockchain-friendly banking services

Bankera is the trading style of Era Finance Ltd, a Malta-based registered agent for the Lithuanian e-Money Institution Pervesk UAB. Bankera is also using the white label service offered by EMI Pervesk UAB.

Bankera offers international payment services to individuals and companies. The Lithuanian team behind SpectroCoin founded the venture. The three companies Bankera, Pervesk (PC42 profile), and SpectroCoin (PC42 profile) are connected. They are controlled by the 3 Lithuanians Darius Kulikauskas, Mantas Mockevičius, and Vytautas Karalevicius.

Primarily, Bankera focuses on providing payment services to individuals and companies involved in the crypto business. Users can send and receive money via email, phone number, or with their personal European IBAN. Personal account holders are also offered a free Visa debit card (virtual and physical).

They provide both account management via online banking through the browser and through their own smartphone app.

In August 2018, the company Pervesk had to pay 700,000 euros in fines for violations of some Lithuanian banking laws. The fine was reduced to 244.000 euros in 2021.
