In November 2022, the company rebranded itself as Friday Finance.

In September 2023 the Fintech was sold to its Competitor Pliant (PR42 Profile):

The founders of Friday Finance, Patrick de Castro Neuhaus and Christopher Zemina, are selling their company to Pliant due to challenges in the market. After the acquisition, Friday Finance will be dissolved, and Pliant will focus on refining its product suite, with the deal valuing Friday Finance at slightly over €100 million.
