Wirecard had many questionable customers, here we are trying to uncover them and their activities. In order to bring more understanding to Wirecard’s questionable business.
One of them was the Cartu brothers with their companies GreyMountain Management Ltd (GMM) and Mega Optimization Ltd (dba MegaCharge).
One interesting aspect of this was the close collaboration with the collapsed German Wirecard, which was used as a laundromat. The then director of Wirecard UK & Ireland, Michelle Molloy, later moved to the brothers’ MegaCharge as a director. In Dublin, Wirecard had its office right next to GMM. Convenient, isn’t it? Whether and to what extent the Cartu brothers were shareholders in Wirecard is pure speculation at the moment.
CEO of Wirecard Ireland was Michelle Molloy. Her son Ryan Coates served as a director of GreyMountain Management Ltd (GMM), and her cousin Danielle Earle was one of the financial managers. Michelle Molloy personally became a director in David Cartu‘s Mega Simple Solutions Ltd. The boundaries between Wirecard and its partner companies around the Cartu brothers were open and blurred.
FinTelegram has been monitoring the brothers and their fraud activities for more than two years. So have law enforcement agencies and financial market regulators. The U.S. CFTC and the Canadian OSC have sued David Cartu, Joshua Cartu, and Jonathan Cartu for alleged binary options fraud.
