Siru Mobile
Finnish company Siru Mobile was founded in 2011 by Timo Hakanpääand (Linkedin) and now operates from Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Malta.
Siru Mobile is a payment method that enables payment transactions to be initiated and legitimized directly via the smartphone. The payment services are focused on the online gambling and casino industry.
With the help of this provider, users can pay for services and products using their smartphones. The charges are simply billed at the end of the month through the phone bill.
At the moment, Siru can be used by mobile phone owners from the UK, Sweden, and Finland, but the purchases can be made on international websites. The only requirement is the local phone number.
Recently, the company has introduced the Siru wallet. To use it, you need to log into the system with a phone number and add money with a bank card or a cell phone bill. The wallet is free and works smoothly on all devices, from computers to smartphones and tablets. Currently, the Siru wallet only works in Nordic countries, but the company is in the process of expanding its territory. There are also plans to launch a Siru Shop, which is already available in test mode.
We include the company in our “Green Compliance” list but still advise caution as the company is not licensed.
