Paynt (previously Paydoo) is the trading style of the Lithuanian Paynt UAB, an e-Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. Sam Kohli founded Paynt in 2015 and is its CEO. Jean Borg is the company’s Chief Risk Officer and the Latvian Dina Rudaka is its Chief Financial Officer

The EMI offers thy typical merchant services including an omnichannel payment gateway, merchant dashboard, and Acquiring-as-a-Service platform for easy onboarding and activation of new merchants. The Paynt Portal includes a fully integrated payment solution with its own payment platform, which allows for streamlining back-office operations.

Paynt plans to launch a merchant lending feature in the near future.

In April  2021, Paynt announced a partnership with technology company Tribe Payments (PC42 profile) to provide processing, gateway, and POS services across the UK and Europe.

We have not found any complaints about Paynt and thus include it in our “Green Compliance” list.
