Ibinix is the trading name of the licensed crypto payment processor xShop OÜ, controlled by the Cyprus citizen Alexander Theodesiou.

There are actually two different licensed Estonian entities operating with the Ibinix brand as a crypto payment processor. We suspect that both entities belong together and refer to them as Ibinex Group. However, we have created a separate profile for both here on PayCom42.

The Cyprus citizen Andreas Theodosiou is a registered director in three Estonian crypto payment processing entities related to the Ibinex Group:

• Ibinex Financials Estonia OÜ d/b/a 10ex (www.10ex.io) and Crypto Exchangers (www.cryptoexchangers.com)
• xShop OÜ d/b/a Ibinex (www.ibinex.com)
• Clear Transfer Technologies OÜ d/b/a ClearTransfer (www.cleartransfer.io)

As we discovered Ibinex as a facilitator in one broker scam, we have included the payment processor in our “Orange Compliance” list.
