Banxa, operated by the Australian Banxa Holdings Inc., is a Payments Service Provider (PSP) for the digital asset space. Banxa’s flagship product is a “Plug-and-Play” Fiat Onramp, which allows seamless access to digital currencies via multiple payment methods.

The company has been founded by Domenic Carosa, who currently is its chairman. Holger Arians is Banxa’s CEO.

The shares are publicly listed on the Toronto TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) with the symbol BNXA. It had its initial public offering on January 6, 2021.
